We can manage each phase of the process from potential zoning right through to the handover of keys to the new homeowner. Our vast experience across the country gives us a unique perspective on how to unlock the housing potential of your land.
We use a number of different structures to meet the needs of the land owner, for example: licensing arrangements, profit share agreements, straight sale deals and ‘subject to planning’ options. If there are tax implications we will work closely with your tax adviser to assess and implement the most tax-efficient structure for all parties.
